YOFE is for young people in Enfield between the ages of 13 - 19 (or up to 25 if they have special needs).

|
We need to have an address that we can send any extra information to. This can be your home address or the address where your group meet. Whichever address you use make sure that someone checks the mail regularly.

|
This can be a land line - mobile phone, or both.
|
|
|
Please supply an email address that you check regularly.
|
|
|
To ensure you are supported in your project / application, the second contact must be an adult from your group / organisation or an adult who supports your idea.
|
|
|
This can be anything that you like. Maybe something that you associate with your project, a combination of words .... be creative!
|
|
|
Are you applying as part of a Club, Youth Club or other organisation.
|
|
This is where you can tell us about your idea. You do not need to worry about the spelling and punctuation - your enthusiasm for your project is more important.
|
|
Tell us if you have already raised some money towards your project or have some promised support from elsewhere. This is not necessarily money. Maybe it is an offer of rent free space or some adult help.
|
|
Be as accurate as you can. The YOFE Panel needs to see your project is well thought out and is a viable project.
|
|
|
